Troubleshooting & Support

Before initiating a return, we recommend visiting our Support Page or contacting our technical team. Many issues can be resolved remotely via firmware updates or configuration adjustments.

Submit an RMA Request

If the issue persists, complete the Online RMA Form below. You'll need Proof of Purchase, Serial Number, and a clear Problem Description.

RMA Authorization

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. If approved, you will receive an RMA Number and specific shipping instructions via email.

Package & Ship

Once authorized, securely package your product (original box preferred). Clearly write the RMA Number on the outside and include all original accessories.

Inspection & Verification

Upon arrival, your product undergoes thorough inspection. We verify warranty validity and our technicians attempt to replicate the reported fault.

Resolution

Based on results, we provide a Repair, Replacement (new or refurbished unit), or a Credit/Refund if a repair/replacement is not possible.

Return Shipping

Once resolved, we ship the product back to you. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your unit.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping to Tortox. We cover return shipping costs for all valid warranty claims.

Data Backup

Tortox is not responsible for data loss. Please back up all data before sending devices for service.

RMA Expiration

RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance. Please ensure products are shipped within this window.
