Custom or made-to-order products
Email info@tortox.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our Sharjah warehouse using the courier details provided. Include the RMA number on the package.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For products that develop faults after the 7-day return window, please use our Warranty & RMA process instead of this returns policy.
