Orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders – check our current promotions.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking information. Track your order through our courier partner's website.
If your gaming hardware arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 24 hours at info@tortox.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Our delivery partner will make 2–3 attempts. If all attempts fail, the parcel will be held at a collection point for 5 days before being returned to us.
